Canola Oil: It is used to fry and bake food. It is derived from rapeseed oil and it is one of the most commonly used cooking oil.
Sesame Oil: It is one of the most popularly used cooking oil in most of the Asian countries. It is known for its beneficial qualities as it helps to reduce cardiovascular diseases.
Today a huge variety of edible oil can be bought from many of the online stores at affordable price rates. It is important to use cooking oil according to its smoke point as oil with low smoke point, such as virgin olive oil, is best when it is used for dressing salads.
